If you receive the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service Team at shop@neoufitness.com within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will cover return shipping, reship the item if available, or refund you in full.
If you have not received your package, and your UPS tracking number shows that it was delivered, please contact the Shipping Carrier to file a trace / claim on your behalf.
